MEET THE AUTHOR

Knut Brockmann, M.D., is a Professor of Social Pediatrics and Head of the Interdisciplinary Pediatric Center for Children with Developmental Disabilities and Severe Chronic Disorders, Children´s Hospital, at the University Medical Center, Georg August University Göttingen, Germany. He received board certifications in Neurology, Psychiatry, Pediatrics and Pediatric Neurology. His clinical expertise is in Pediatric Neurology with an emphasis on leukodystrophies, movement disorders, hereditary neuropathies and other rare neurogenetic conditions. He has published 89 scientific manuscripts and has received over 1800 citations.
