The new Emergency Pediatric Care (EPC) Third Edition Instructor Materials are now available!

The EPC, Third Edition course is a comprehensive NAEMT education program for EMS practitioners on the care of sick and injured children, addressing the full spectrum of emergency illnesses, injuries and scenarios that an EMS practitioner might encounter. While there are few pediatric encounters in the field, there are even fewer critical pediatric encounters and having the ability to differentiate those children who are in need of quick treatment and transport and those who do not, is essential.

The Pediatric Education for Prehospital Professionals (PEPP), Third Edition textbook is used in the EPC course and is a comprehensive source of prehospital medical information for the emergency care of infants and children developed by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
