The ESTRO Forum will offer the usual broad portfolio of scientific and educational opportunities in line with the ESTRO Vision, which aims at developing optimal patient care and equitable patient access to state of the art radiation therapy. In this framework, the meeting will provide symposia, presidential and joint sessions, teaching lectures and debates. The Forum will be enhanced with other educational activities such as pre-meeting courses, contouring workshops and multidisciplinary tumour board sessions. It will also be a further opportunity for young professionals to meet, learn, and deepen their engagement within the Society. Finally, the ESTRO Forum will also be the biggest platform in Europe at which to discover the latest innovations of the industry.

The interdisciplinary sessions will focus on: Stereotactic Body Radiosurgery Elderly Psycho-social aspects of radiation therapy Databases and data-mining Risk management Re-irradiation Paediatrics Advanced technology assessment Imaging and tumour biology Adaptive radiation therapy The future of radiation oncology Joint sessions with other regional radiation oncology societies will enhance the appeal of the interdisciplinary sessions by bringing a non-European perspective on the table. Joint sessions with our fellow societies in nuclear medicine, radiology, hyperthermia etc. will further broaden our view on the interactions and collaborations that are needed in the field of modern radiation oncology.
