He has recieved the New Faculty Award for Professional Excellence by the Physician Assistant Education Association. He has published in the Laryngoscope and is a member of the Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery. Jose C. Dutra, MD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology and the Director of the Thyroid Surgical Clinic at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine.
