All books prices are displayed and charged in pounds sterling (£). Euro prices are intended for guidance only.
Wisepress.com aims to provide the most accurate book prices at all times. We supply books at the publisher's recommended price except where a specific discount is offered. Occasionally publishers may increase their prices unexpectedly, and this is something we may only become aware of upon actually placing the order. In this event, or in the event of a pricing error however it is caused, we will check with you to see if you still wish to receive the title at the new price. All Ex-Display stock is subject to availability. We will inform the customer by e mail if any stock turns out to be unavailable.

Please note that your credit card will not be charged until the books have arrived with us and are ready to be despatched.

UK Postage
Postage is charged at £2.00 per order to any UK address.

European Union
Postage is calculated on the basis of weight and destination and is quoted when the order is entered on the site.

Rest of the World

We aim to deliver all orders within 14 working days. Please be aware that Wisepress cannot guarantee the stock availability of any book and therefore occasionally some items may take longer. In the event of a delay, we will inform you.

Please note that books cannot be delivered to PO Box numbers or to Armed Services addresses.

TAX/VAT is not applicable for books sold in the UK.

TAX/VAT is due on all multimedia products at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%)

Wisepress.com is not responsible for charges by non-UK Customs authorities.

You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods to us at any time up to seven working days, beginning on the day after delivery. Notification of your intention to cancel must be made in writing, email or fax. PLEASE NOTE THAT PHONE CALLS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE AS NOTIFICATION OF INTENT TO CANCEL.

Customers who use or damage goods are not entitled to exercise the right to cancel.

Our site is protected by a 40bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate. All personal information at registration/purchase is encrypted and no credit card data is stored with the account information.

In the unlikely event that an item has been incorrectly supplied, please contact us to discuss the best means of return. You will, of course, be reimbursed for the item and your return postage.

Please be careful to check that CD-ROM or PDA products will work with your system before ordering. Products are clearly labelled with minimum system requirements and specifications and we cannot accept return of these items once they have been opened other than if they are defective in which case a replacement will be provided. If in doubt please contact us for additional details before ordering.
