Pricing
All book prices are displayed and charged in pounds sterling (£). Euro prices are intended for guidance only.
Wisepress.com aims to provide the most accurate book prices at all times. We supply books at the publisher's recommended price except where a specific discount is offered. Occasionally publishers may increase their prices unexpectedly, and this is something we may only become aware of when processing your order. In that case, or in the event of any other pricing error, however caused, we will check with you to see if you still wish to receive the title at the new price.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Switch.
Please note that your credit card will not be charged until the books have arrived with us and are ready to be despatched.
Cheques should be in Sterling, drawn on a UK bank and made payable to "Wisepress Ltd".
To pay by bank transfer, please choose the "Cheque Payment" option on Wisepress.com and then quote the Wisepress.com Order Number as the reference when making the payment transfer. We cannot cover any bank charges that may be incurred.

Postage & Packing
UK Postage
Postage is charged at £5.00 per order (regardless of the number of books) to any UK address.
European Union and Rest of World Postage
Postage is calculated on the basis of weight and destination and is quoted when the order is entered on the site.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your books as quickly as possible, usually within 10 working days. In the event of a delay, we will inform you immediately.
Books cannot be delivered to PO Box numbers.
Tax/ VAT is not applicable for books sold in the UK.
Tax/ VAT is due on all multimedia products at the prevailing rate (currently 20%)
Wisepress.com is not responsible for charges by non-UK customs authorities.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods to us at any time within seven working days, starting the day after delivery. Notification of your intention to cancel must be made in writing, via letter, fax or e-mail. Books must be in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund.
Please be careful to check that CD-ROM or PDA products will work with your system before placing your order. Products are clearly labelled with minimum system requirements and specifications, and we cannot accept the return of these items once they have been opened unless they are defective, in which case a replacement will be provided. If in doubt, please call us on +44-(0)20 8715 1812 before ordering.
Security
Our site is protected by a 40bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate. All personal information is encrypted at the point of registration or purchase, and no credit card data is stored with the account information.
If you prefer, you may fax (+44-(0)20 8715 1722) or post your order to us at our Wimbledon offices.
Returns
In the rare event that an item has been incorrectly supplied, please contact us to discuss the best means of return. You will, of course, be reimbursed for the item and your return postage.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any other reason please contact us.
