Q: I've placed an order with your online bookshop, how long will it take for to arrive? A: We aim to deliver all orders within 14 working days. Please be aware that Wisepress cannot guarantee the stock availability of any book and therefore occasionally some items may take longer. In the event of a delay, we will inform you.
Q: How will I know if the books I have ordered are in stock? A: The publisher will notify us of any titles which are unavailable or out of stock. As soon as we receive this information we will contact you either by post or e mail. [back to top] Q: What if the book I am looking for is not on the site? A: We update the website on a regular basis but if there is a title that you are interested in and cannot find on the site please contact us at bookshop@wisepress.com or ring or fax us on +44 (0) 208 715 1812/+44 (0) 208 715 1722 where we will be happy to help. A: We will refund any items which are returned to us as long as they are in a re-saleable condition, (N.B. please see our terms and conditions for specific information relating to the return of CD-ROM or PDA based products). If you receive an item from us that is faulty or damaged, we also offer a full refund of postage costs to return the product. [back to top] Q: What if I want to cancel an order? A: Credit cards are not charged until we have the order ready to be dispatched. A receipt will also be sent with your order. A: Yes, we can accept bank transfers. Please choose the Сcheque paymentТ option and when transferring payment please quote your order number as a reference.
