How to book
Send a list of the titles you wish to display, including the following information:
- Name of conference
- Books: Author, Title, ISBN, Publication Date, Price (Including any titles you would like to nominate to be highlighted on the front cover of that meetings price list).
- Journals: ISSN, Title, URL
- Promotional material, posters or showcards
- Any special display requirements, please see our Display Options
- Briefing: Please annotate your list to indicate key titles, authors/editors that may be attending the conference, Society journals and any other information that you think we should be aware of in order to promote your publications to maximum advantage.
Your list should reach us by the deadline indicated on our Exhibition Schedule. If you think you may miss the deadline, please contact us as there may be some flexibility.

The Old Lamp Works, 25 High Path, Merton Abbey, London, SW19 2JL. Please ensure that each parcel and all accompanying paperwork is marked with the exhibition code given on our Exhibition Schedule.
Display Options
Books and journals are usually grouped together according to publisher on our bookshop style shelving. There are special display options if you wish to highlight your presence, or a particular title or series at the exhibition. We can also arrange book signings and journal launches as well as advertising special offers and other promotional events - please contact ellen@wisepress.com if you have any special display requirements.
Dedicated shelf

One display shelf dedicated to a single book title and related promotional material allows you to have 3 stacks of the book face-out plus leaflets.
- A book series altogether on one shelf
- Up to 150 copies of one journal allowing 4 stacks face-out
- A back board behind the publications gives more impact
Double-height shelf and back board

Using the height of two shelves gives a larger display area for your message, whether it is for books or journals and allows you greater impact for your branding.

Send presentations, demo discs or DVDs. Laptops and plasma screens are all options alternatively web access can be arranged at most venues.
Dedicated display stand with your own header board

A complete bay dedicated to your books, journals or a combination of both. Send us a stand layout plan and we will arrange the publications to your specification.
Branded stand
A custom built stand in your own livery. This can be any size from two bays upwards. It can be entirely shelved (raked, horizontal or a mixture of both), include a table or have an area without shelving to allow for showcards. Tell us how you would like it arranged and what your priorities are and we will do the rest.
