If display material is sent directly to the meeting venue, the publisher is responsible for ensuring it is delivered onto the Wisepress stand and not just to the reception desk. The publisher will also be liable for any freight forwarding, storage and customs charges that may be incurred.

With regard to multiple copies, Wisepress reserve the right to limit the number of multiple copies taken to a given exhibition depending on the distance, vehicle capacity and on-site storage facilities. Once a publishers' display list has been received for a particular conference this will be regarded as a firm commitment.

All material is displayed at the publishers' risk. Wisepress will take the utmost care to ensure the safe keeping of display material but cannot be held responsible in the event of theft, loss or damage.

Wisepress insure publisher's books at cost (deemed to be 30% of list price) whilst on Wisepress premises. Display material is not insured whilst in transit to or from exhibitions or whilst on exhibition sites. All material is sent and displayed at the publishers' risk.

In the event that Wisepress is unable to attend an exhibition for any reason whatsoever, they will only ever be responsible for refunding the display fee paid, and not for any consequential loss. If the exhibition has to be cancelled or changed due to unforeseen political and/or economic events, or general "Force Majeure", Wisepress cannot be held liable for compensation.

The publisher is responsible for the cost of returning books or for collecting them, plus a packing and handling charge. Any queries regarding returns must be made within six months of the meeting in question.
